Debit cash without E_ticket

I tried to book e- ticket through IRCTC on 28.11. after procedure, when I checked my transaction there is no history of booked, I shocked, that My SBI bank deducted amount from my saving account, I tried twice, deducted amount twice, please help me & refund my money
