Sir,

I have open a salary account in your bank in July & my account no. is 20990. Branch sector- 8C Chandigarh, but till date i am not received ATM Card, I am visited branch but they said ATM card was delivered in your address by post but i have not received ATM Card. Please issue me a ATM/Debit Card.
