Hi,
please see the below mail exchange with India today, which promised speedy return of my refund. Till date (i.e almost 2 months) from the last email, i am yet to receive the refund.
PLEASE TAKE ALL NECESSARY ACTION, and ensure that India today, does not continue to do this with innocent customers.
They promise guaranteed money, and cannot even return the refund!!!
My trust in India today, has come down to a BIG ZERO.

THIS is really testing my patience. I got a call from someone from India Today a week back, called Narendra Sharma, who confirmed that my order would be refunded. Since I have STILL not got the below mentioned phone OR MY REFUND. Can you please send my entire money back in the next 2-3 days.
I have already been debited for the phone In March and this is now June. Can you take this up today or else I will now raise it in the consumer court.?

Then after I confirmed everything from your team that this is indeed the
case.(I confirmed some 10 times on this), and I got another call after I

I have called up your helpline and have come to know that this is incorrect
and absolutely mis-selling.
Please note that your sales people are doing a terrible job of misselling
