Hi first of all let me introduce myself. My name is James Cech and i have a domain registered with FastDomain. I wanted someone to help me in getting this website and i came across this company and happened to speak to one of the sales guy by name Michael over there and for some reason i was not convinced the way he spoke to me. It happened so that he transferred the call to one of his supervisor over there by name Sam. He mentioned that he is the person who takes care of sales and responsible for the delivery of the project. They were able to convince me and i happened to outsource my project to them. It was a real night mare when i came to know that they were not able to understand simple requirement of mine with regards to car pooling. They also provided me a wrong information mentioning that they have been partnered with FastDomain (My Hosting Company). It took almost two and a half months for me to make up my mind on asking for a refund, as the entire team over there was just doing nothing other than wasting my time. I then happened to speak to my Hosting company and then i found out that they were no where related to them. It was a real shocking thing for me when i came to know this. This also made me very reluctant in outsourcing my project overseas in the future. But i happened to speak to the other development team in India who made me to really feel at home (This is the company which is partnered with FastDomain), Thanks for the interest which they took in scoping my work and get the ball rolling.
