Legal notice sent inspite of repeated reminders of non complaince of services of Data Card No.9810109909

Recieved a legal notice from Airtel for non payment of dues for usage of Datacard. As the mentioned company has not been able to provide the services which has been in my first mail to Airtel on 10th Feb.2010. and subsequently repeated in my correspondence to them. I have not been able to use the data card since Feb. 2010. The Company has expressed their network problem in all their mails. It is really shocking to recieve a legal notice from Airtel for not providing services which were supposed to be provided by them. The squence of correspondence is attached below :

Hence, we request you to clear your outstanding amount of Rs.1966.65/- before 13/05 to enjoy uninterrupted services.

Surprised nobody once again has not bothered to contact me to correct the

Dear Sir

I have been using the above said data card for the last two years. I am facing

problem of logging off after every 3-4 minutes for the last two weeks. The

complaint of the same was logged vide complaint number 30753851 on 2nd Feb.-10.

Subsequently I was forwarded to your technical team and who in turn after

understanding the problem guided me to visit any of the Airtel showrooms to the

status of the datacard. Today I visited your Community Center New Friends

Colony showroom. I was surprised to learn that the employees in the showroom

expressed there inability to check the data card as they did not have any

system to check the same.

As I am a frequent traveler I have been handicapped for not able to access my

mails while on tour. Moreover why should I pay to Airtel for services for not

providing the agreed services. Please revert on the next course of action for

rectifying the problem at the earliest. Oterwise I will be forced to change my

service provider.
