I, Janak Raj Rana had applied to issue the Crdit card in Branch SBI (East) Patel Neagar. But even after 1 1/2 months have been expired I could not received my credit card. As in receipt of msg even dated 26 Apr I received massage on my telephone Your credit card has returned undelivered by courier services whereas I present at my home but the rep of courier services not physical reported on my addresess or the rep of bank who is responsible to despatching the caredit card is a very casual in nature towards their duties because of even though twice confirmation of present address they are unable to despatch the credit card on my correct addressess.may occured mistake in mentioning the address of the consumer.
Keeping view please find out the responsibility for not deliver the credit card in time and may please be delivered the card at the earliest on my following address
