Annuity Chequesnot recieved (Oct to March) & Transfer of Policy

Sir,

The registered letter dated 1st February was lastly, mailed to the Regional Manager (CRM), LIC North Central Zonal Office, Kanpur, for the annuity cheques for the month of October to March has not been sent to me till date, despite of repeated reminders over the telephone and e-mails.

Last month I had a telephonic conversation on the same subject with an official of your office apprising him with my greivences.

I regret to write this e-mail again that I have not recieved any suitable reply from your office regarding my unpaid annuity cheques and about the transfer of my policy (No. 23067428) to your office at Central Zonal Office, Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal. I am a senior citizen and have to depend upon my annuity cheques, pension etc. The annuity cheques for May onwards have already become overdue.

I would prefer that my policy is transferred to Bhopal office at the earliest and before that my old cheques are paid to me.
