No actual pension since last 2 month

I am retired from army. my pension is basic 12510 DA 8132 COMUMUT DED 2102 and no any other ded my net pension is 18540/- but you given only 17040/- since May. I written a letter to you through my concern Bank. Give me my full pension ie 18540/- PM. and give reason of cut of Rs 1500/- PM.
