Deduction of money

Dear,

Sir, I have try to book an e- ticket from my login pagebrhalf of irctc. The ticket of train no 2343 Darjeeling Mail from sealdah (sdah) to new jalpaiguri (njp) was try to booked my me schedule date on 18-12-10 but at that time an amount to the tune of Rs.538 deducted from my account on to day i.e 09-11-10 but the ticket was yet to booked due to login failure. So I have requested to refund the money at the earliest for any financial lose or facing some difficulties further any more.
