Extra ECS deducted

I have taken Lead based service from Justdial in the month of August. At the time of taking services I was explained that I have to pay 3 Months Installment as deposit and ECS will continue for 9 Months. I was also explained that I can stop my ECS anytime and from there money deposited for 3 Months will continue. That means ECS can be stopped by providing 3 Months time.

As I was not happy with there service; I told many times to stop ECS but customer care explained that once ECS is stared, it can be stopped only at the completion of term.

So I had to wait till May. In 27 April, I made a call to customer care and said to stop my ECS as term is being complete on May.

I again called them on 11 June just for confirmation that my ECS has been stopped or not? They said it has not been stopped but they have taken my request and Money for June will not get deducted.

Today 21st June I checked my account and again amount was deducted for June month.

When I called customer care, they said now it has been stopped, but they don't have any genuine reason why one month extra amount has been deducted.

I want refund of that money, please help...
