ECS - Being continued after the contract Period

Hi

I am an Insurance advisor with a private Insurer. Just Dial private limited a company who help individuals and business in providing leads approached me. In good faith i had entered into a contract with Just Dial. Deal was to pay a certain fee for the leads to be provided by them for potential insurance buyers.

I was completely mis guided by this company this I relasied after receiving the leads. The leads provided by Just Dial were from the consumers who had already have insurance and they just wanted to know how to pay their renewal premiums, it appeared all these leads are were fake or were manipulated by Just Dial.

Now the real problem is I had paid Just Dial initial fee and rest in ECS of 10 installments upto April. Now my contract period has come to an end, however the ECS is continuing and they are not co operating to stop the ECS issued.

My bankers are also not helping in stopping the ECS as they say that they do not have any control on this.

I have mails from Just Dial informing that they have stopped the ECS not once but twice from their customer service but they continue to deduct. Inspite of me meeting their client service executives in their office at Hyderabad they continue to deduct.

Can soemthing done about this please?
