With deep distress I would like to inform you that despite the instructions Issued from SEBI, yet our Grievance is still not redressed. It is now 10-12 years. Since I have sent my purchased shares for transfer to GUJARAT INVESMENT CASTING LIMITED (523810) in Year 1997.
I have purchases 35000 shares of GUJARAT INVESTMENT CASTING LTD.
Since 1997 my shares are not given to me.
So, I would like to request you to please File a complaint against company and solve the matter As soon as Possible. I would also like to add that ignoring my complaint this time I Would take some Strict action against BSE complain officer with help of RTI Act.
Since 1997 company has changed its name 4-5 times this shows the untrue intentions of company. Please see to the problem as Soon As Possible.
