ITS VERY PAINFUL TO KNOW IOCL COPMPANY THAT THEY ARE FAIL TO MAINTAIN, LPG BOOKING THROUGH THE SMS SYSTEM. COMPANY ITSELF FAIL TO MAINTAIN THE SYSTEM AS CONSUMER HAS TO PUT 1OO SMS becoz they mention REG, DISTRIBUTOR PHONE NO.> FOR SMS BOOKING BUT WE HAVE TO PUT AGENCY CONSUMER NO. INSTEAD OF DISTRIBUTOR TELEPHONE NUMBER... WHAT A BLUNDER MISTAKE DONE BY COMPANY BY MISPRINTING WRONG INFORMATION TO PUBLIC AS I SPENT 100 RS TO BOOK THIS BUT FAIL THEN I CONTACT NEAR AGENCY THEY CLEARED BY MISTAKE WRONG INFORMATION PRINTED IN PAMPLET... BEING EDUCATED I AM FAIL TO BOOK THEN HOW COULD A ILLETERATE PEOPLE BOOK THE LPG...

AS WE HAVREFILL THE LPG CYLINDER. AS MY CONSUMER NO IS 17856 A, under parul gas agency, burari, delhi-84... booking has done on 23 feb after a long hassled boooking system and my booking no is 21894 and till date the gas is not YET delivered and they accept booking after 20 days of booking and if the gas is not delivered in another 10 days as i am suffering from where i will go if my cylinder get empty in 3o days. no one is there to, isten our problem as i hope only customer can know each other pain through the complaint box.

ALL BIG PEOPLE ARE FOR SHOW OFF NO ONE LISTEN PUBLIC PROBLEMMMMMMS...
