Sir,

one of the car is get accident and it was insured with Reliance Insurance your serveyor Mr Sanjeev is visited our workshop today after 4 th day of intimation and he is not ready to allow the damege parts which is get damage in this accident and he is pressuring customer to repair his car to an other workshop so that he can get some extra from that wrokshop.so kindly ask from your serveyor why he has done this dirty job. it is also a black spot on your compay.
