Poor service & increase of money
I took an idea netsetter remote internet connection on 7th Nov from Tellichery Kerala. But when I tried to use from my house I came to know that there is no range for this netsetter. I used when I am travelling some where around 12 days in Nov'09. Then I travelled abroad for 2.5 months and gone back to India in Feb 10 and used almost another 12 days and my total usage in this five months will be maximum not more than 10-15 hrs.
But the payment I made was amassing, when I took the connection I paid Rs 3200 and every month 600-700.
Because of the range problem I visited one of the Idea show room in Iritty and asked to cancell the connection in Feb 10 they asked me to come on march 05. I travelled abroad again on 21st Feb10. I asked my wife to go there in Idea showroom and cancell the connection they are asking 1490 to cancell it. Even though I paid a huge amount of money and only used maximum 15hrs, I called the Tellichery branch which I took the connection and asked them look at it. They called my wife today and said to pay Rs 1000 and cancell the connection. I agreed and asked my wife again to go the Iritty showroom but they again asking for Rs 1490 to cancell the connection. When my wife called to Idea office Tellichery they informed her that you pay Rs 1000 and keep the connection. You can't cancell the connection.
I am asking is Idea robbing the people? what I should do to cancell my connection?
I already paid Rs 4600 for this 15hrs usage, now again you want me to pay Rs 1500 to cancell the connection. Please advice.
