Working capital for our unit

Sub. : - Requirement of working capital limit for our project of onion dehydration unit sanctioned by your bank.

As per your letter dated 5th march for our application of working capital limit for the dehydration unit of us. We are applied for working capital limit to DENA BANK UNA. They reply us for our application. Dena bank reply us as per their letter dated 18th march ref: DB/UNA/CC/KK/11. they are demanding exclusive charge over place of storage i.e. factory land and building. Now we have no way, what we will do about this matter, so we are sending you the letter of dena bank, and we are request you, that if we will not get working capital from other bank, it will make trouble for our capital investment and also for the term loan which is given by you to us. Without working capital we can’t run our project and can’t earning from our project. If we can’t earning, we can’t repayment your term loan.

Your bank has given us a term loan of rs. 1.75 mn but don’t give us working capital.so we are in big trouble and we don’t under stand, how can we repayment your installment of term loan. If we don’t get working capital, we cant do bigger business from our personal working capital. In future we are not able to repayment of term loan and also we get loss of our personal investment.

So, please we are request to you that give us chance to survive, otherwise we both get loss of our investment and also give us proper reply of this letter, otherwise we have no chance to survive our unit. If you don’t arrange as per dena bank required, so please you have to arrange for our working capital from your side.

We hope you will reply us positively as earliest as possible.
