Hello Sir,
This is to inform the poor customer service you provide to your account holders that I have opened an account with you and the account number is 145615561563. In the account opening form itself I have included for online banking and still I have not received any information for online banking I have forwarded quiries as well on the web site about this. Still There is no response from your end. When you call your customer service and provide all the required information then also there are unable to provide by balance information and they say that they do not have an access to that information.
Please check with this and help with this.
