Non refund of Relience Power IPO

Dear Sir,

It is to inform that I have appiled through online trading from trading account of then UTI Securities Cust. ID. No. EB98S010 and made partial payment of Rs. 5400. I have not allotted with the shares but at The same time I have not received the amount paid for it till date. I addition UTI Securities changed to Standard Chartered Wealth managers. Is there any mathod to get my money back. Thanking You,
