The complaint has remained absolutely non-responded so far.

Sir,

I had asked one of your sub-brokers, M/s Sundar lal Sadani Vijay Kumar Sadani -- No.11158373 of KSBL to close the below-mentioned five demat accounts and transfer all the shares therein to another demat account in my name at Indiabulls -client Id 11438360:

a) Mrs Rajkumari Tibrewal & client id - 16296776 & Reliance power equity share -- 27 in number

b) Mrs Minaxi Dabriwal -- client id - 16297923& reliance power equity share -- 27 in number

c) Mr Amar Tibrewal ; Client id -16297206 -- Reliance power equity share -- 27 in number

d) Mrs Aruna Mohatto ; Client id -16323613 -- Reliance Power equity share -- 25 share

e) Mrs. Shilpa Tibrewal ; Client Id - 16296784 & Reliance Power equity share -- 27 share

We had asked one of your sub-broker M/s Sundar Lal Sadani vijay Kumar Sadani to transfer all these shares to another demat account in the name of Mrs. Shilpa Agarwal, with Indianbulls. We also gave a cheque of Rs.18088 of United Bank of India, Nimtala branch, Kolkata, having cheque no.854887, dated 08.02. to sub-broker firm M/s Sundar lal Sadani Vijay Kumar Sadani whose code number is 11158373 of KSBL - Kolkata. Although your sub-broker firm has taken the payment against this cheque but they have not transferred the above -mentioned shares in the name of Mrs. Shilpa Agarwal - whose demat account is with Indiabulls

Sir, I do not understand why the transfer has not yet been done.

Please look into this matter urgently. If there is any deficiency on our part please let us know.
