PAN Number mismatching

Sir,

We Have been alloted PAN Number as AADCK7776M. While we are depositing advance tax with UCO Bank, Bajarkabati Road Branch, Cuttack they are dening to taht because of mismatching the PAN. As per their system this PAN is showing in the name of KAMTECH HOSPITALS PVT. LTD, RANIHAT CANAL ROAD, CUTTACK. Alternatively when are putting the PAN- AABCK7776M, That is in the name of KATMATECH HOSPITALS PVT. LTD.

Other matter is that, We have filled our tax return for the FY-10 with the PAN-AADCK7776M

Please suggest how we will be able to deposit our advance tax.
