Fake promises and dis-customer orientation

"Kille Kolar" was the one who approached me and my friends for Tifin Services through their executives. They promised for the quality food and timely delivery of the tifin. But they kept up with none of these. Most of the times the food was improper to consume and we were irritated with delays in delivery.

The executives who used to call five times a day before joining their services were not even ready to recieve and call back us to resolve our issues. After a continous and prolonged follow up from our side, we got our advance back in hand.

Please, if possible take strict actions against such people who make but dont keep thier promises. The Business Units which are highly irresponsible towards their customers have to be punished by all means.
