With regards, we want to inform you that we have been cheated by State Bank Of India, Brauni, Begusaray, we are very disappointed by seeing this type of fraud done by a reputated Government Bank.
We have sent our Documents, G.R. No. 16079 dtd. 13.3.12, Tax Invoice No.
145 dtd.12.03.2012 of Rs. 150960.00 for Payment Collection from M/S Shiva Trading Co., Rajendra Road, Barauni-85112, Begusaray through State Bank of India Barauni, Bagusaray, by Registered Post.
Today we have received a Registered Post from State Bank of India, Barauni, in which we found the proforma Invoice which we have sent to our Party by email for finalizing the deal (which we have not sent to the respective Bank (SBI, Barauni), contact No. in the proforma Invoice is also changed, there is no doubt that any person has play a Big game with the Original Documents intentionally.
We are confirm that this will be happen only & only if some bank Worker will involved in this case, who has received the original Documents & change that original Documents to Duplicate one & the original Documents will be given to the Concerning Party.
We have also sent a request letter to manager of State Bank of India, Barauni, Begusaray (Copy Attached).
So we are humbly requesting you to please look in this matter & check with your end & take a punishable action against the involved person.
We are suffering a great Loss of 148, 000 Tax. 12.5 % CST (12.5% tax will be charged as we have not received the C Form).
So we are written this complain to you in the hope of Justice.
