Dear Sir,
Many of us are employees of an organisation and we all opened an account with Kotak Mahendra Bank. We have not received ATM PIN number and Cheque book. I opened the account in the month of December and have not yet received ATM PIN . The bank does not understand a customer's plight at all. The customer care is very unfriendly. They always blame on the Courier service as an excuse for not delivering the 'Kit' at the respective residential addresses. They make us run to different branches and create nuisance. We suffer at the hands of the 'lazy' and 'least bothered attitude' of Kotak.
Its time they woke up and treat the customers with respect.
