Did not receive Credit card bill

Hi,

I did not receive credit card bill for the June billing cycle. However, i did pay the bill on time. How can the credit card department be so irresponsible, when they know that the penalty charges/fine is too high if a user defaults on the bill after the due date. Will Kotak take responsibilities if a cutomer forgets to pay the bill if he doesnt receive any???
