Uneccesary charge for Nodews

I have to do the lone for bike from Union bank of India ChandPatti. During the loaning process Field officer demanded to me a Nodews certificate from nearby banks. I was going to three banks as, K.G.S.B. Raunapar&K.G.S.B.chalakpur azamgarh. they have to give easily. But when i am goilng to KSGB Karkhia, the response of branch manager was so dri& bitter, i could not forget it. Mr. rakesh singh (Manager) demanded to me an amount of Rs125 without any recipt. On opposing to me he gave Nodews certificate after two days also. Mr. Sign Did not tell to proper reason for this caution. Please take the proper action against Mr. Rakesh Singh beacause there is no charge taken by two same Bank.
