I booked a two wheeler Scooty Pep plus from Nagpur to Ujjain. When I went to get released the booked luggage on Ujjain Railway station on at 9.00 am i was informed that office opens at 10 am when I again went at 10.00 am there was nobody and I waited there. one person Sh. Chandra shekhar Potnis, the clerk came at 11:30 am, when I asked to release my vehicle, he told you wait, first I will finish my other works then the luggage will be released. Again I waited for 1 hour. At 12:30, he prepared my documents for releasing the vehicle and asked for Rs.100 as bribe to release my luggage apart from the late charges of Rs.690/-. When I denied to give the bribe he did not release my vehicle for another 1 hour. Meanwhile I contacted the Station Manager but he also showed his unability for any help. At last he released my luggage at 2:15 pm.
During this 4 hrs period the inconvinience caused badly and I was so faded up by the unwanted acts of booking clerk Sh. C.S.Potnis just because of unauthorised charges he was demanding.
You are requested to take necessary action against above person.
