Dear Sir/Mam,
This is to inform you that we have sell corrugated Boxes to M/S Lanshree products & services Ltd. on Sept in 10, camac st, Industry house, 1st floor, kolkata - 17.
The purchaser who deal the whole consignment and release our orders was Mr. Keshav Chetri, they given us a written order in which they promise to give the payments for our supply within 20days of Bill submission.
Now further as per there specifications we supplied the corrugated boxes to them completing the Purchase Order copy. Then after 20days we asked for our payments, they said that their payments are struck they will release some time later, with this statement, they didnt paid us till 75 days, from the date of bill submission.
After approx 80days we again asked for the payments then Mr. Keshav Chetri says that your payment can not be release, and he even denied to help us in this regard.
After loosing all hopes we wrote a letter to the higher department stating to release our funds, but they are replying further about this matter. Its been now 5months and we are not getting our payments from the firm.

We have duely paid Excise and Vat on these bills, which is reflecting in the Sales Tax and Central Excise Deprt.
Further we seek justice from your forum and want that the party release our all payments with interest of 18% per annum.
