I had ordered for a Philips Trimmer amounting to Rs.1049 on Sep 3rd 2011. A representative from LetsBuy called up on Sep 8th and said that the product could not be delivered to the address that I had mentioned. So I cancelled the order on the same day. Since Sep 8th, it has been 23 days and still the amount is not credit back into my account. I repeatedly called the representatives to know about the delay, but they couldn't give me a prompt reply. I'm fed with up with the fraudulent game being played by LetsBuy officials. And to end this note, this is the worst & crap site that I have done an online transaction with.
I strongly urge you to look into this matter seriously and do the needful.
