Status of a/c balance and remedption procedure

I am having a money plus policy of LIC No. 217490107 obtained from your divisional office No 01018397 under scheme no.0009510 branch office code no 397, since the date of obtaining my policy on 08/03, i have not provided with a/c stament despite my approach.

Please therefore, provide the balance held in my account in units, its latest NAV and redemption procedure on my e-mail address i.e. [email protected]
