Not Received money

I have not received my annuity cheques for last 3 years. Actually I was at Gurgaon and shifted to Nilokheri in 2010. My postal address has been changed and new address is already sent to LIC office. But no response from LIC side. Kindly send all my due amount at my permanent address :
