Commutation amount cheque not received

Dear sir,

With reference to policy no. 102708020, I want to inform you that On 30th Jan I have received 12 cheques of Rs.300 approx. each. But I have not received any cheque for the commutation amount of approximately 17, 400 Rs as informed by your agent who has given me the policy. I have not even received any option form. I was informed by your agent that i will get the maturity value in a single lumpsum amount.

You are therefore requested to send the cheque of commutation amount and maturity value as soon as possible. I am ready to give you back all the cheque that i have received. Pls do the needful as soon as possible
