Forgotten of User Id and Passward

Sir,

I have two Insuarance policy 1.311479330, dt:28.04.02, premium 10720/- and 2.312512649, dt:28.04.06, premium 9083/-.I am already registered with licindia.in and got a user id and accoridingly password and note down in PC.I hace pc with VISTA software, unforunately 4 days back all data lodaed in pc automacilly got erased. I have posted in Srinagar very remote area. My premium due in APRIL, which i have to pay on line. Therefore your goodself are requested to kindly provide my user-id and password again to do the same.
