Not increasing the money and market lus schemes

LIC agents took the investment in Money plus and market plus schemes from public by promissing to give them very good returns after three years. Now after completed the four four years it is informed to us that our invested money hasnot increased till date and they will change to invest in other schemes if anybody wants. please arrange to publish a public notice through Media to alert the public for further action, and what should be done with the LIC of India
