Sir,

Today i.e. 08.10.2010 I paid my insurance premium online for my Policy No.901889993 of Rs.5104/- online.

My account has been debited.

However, neither receipt was generated by the system nor emialed to me.

My email ID is [email protected] and contanct number is 9819331099
