VERY POOR SERVICE

DEAR SIR,

I HAVE MY LIC POLICY NO 980996158.

THIS IS A MONEY BACK POLICY. I HAD TO RECEIVE THE AMOUNT OF RS 20000/- ON THE DUE DATE OF FEBRUARY. BUT NOT GOT THE AMOUNT BY CASH OR CHEQUE. SO ALSO I HAVE APPLIED FOR THE ASSIGNMENT FOR THE ASSIGNMENT OF THE SAME POLICY TO IDBI AURANGABAD BRANCH ON 28/03. BUT THE RELATED OFFICERS ARE NOT ASSIGNING OR DELIVERING THE CHEQUE OF THE POLICY.

WE HAVE BEEN VISITING THE OFFICE OF VAIJAPUR SINCE ONE AND HALF MONTHS. THE RELATED OFFICERS NAMED MR DESHMUKH, SHRIMATI GORE AND SHRIMATI YELDARKAR(? AS I DONT REMBERBER HER NAME) ARE NOT PROVIDINT THE PROPER SERVICES. I DONT LIKE THEIR MANNER THEY ARE BEHAVING WITH ME. I HAVE PAID ALL THE AMOUNT AS THEY HAVE TOLD. THEY ONLY SAY THAT THEY HAVE NOT CLOSED THEIR MARCH END ACCOUNT. IS IT OUR BLAME THAT THEY HAVE NOT CLOSED THE ACCOUNTS

PLEASE VERIFY AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM
