FundType Modification - Loss

Dear Sir / Madam,

We have requested for switch fund from Growth to BOND as on 27th April.

But, As requested the fund was not converted on 27th April after a huge negligence by your officials, the same was converted on 23rd May causing a huge loss to us.

NAV AS On Units Held Value

27th Apr 12.6447 18544.722 234492.446

23rd May 11.7243 18544.722 217423.884

Loss Rs17068

Policy No : 674299529 - 67F branch

Please help to check and ensure that the policy fund type is converted to 27th April NAV itself.
