Non receipr of premium notices as well policies status

Polices from Lic i have not getting renewal notices from Company and status of all my policy

All are in Lapsed status, No advisor or company agent has helped me in the situation, i have around 5 policies taken so far and most of them are more than 10 Years old also I have paid premium till 2007 also.
