Amount lapse

Hello sir/mam,

policy no:740653900

im paying my insurance amount by SS scheme from 1996 onwards... from nov to feb amount had been taken from my salary... but i got letter from LIC headoffice (chennai) that they didn't receieved amount during those periods, so my policy is get lapsed due to this.now i wanna to activate my policy without lapse.please take neccesary actions...
