Monthly Annuity for july not deposited to bank account through NEFT

I have been alloted annuity worth527026 on30/01.Mode of annuity is monthlyand theamount is rs 3153 to be paid for life with return of capital on death. I have been receiving it every month through NEFT except for July. Inspite of making repeated calls and sending registered letter there has been no response. Ishall be grateful if you can look into the matter and do the needful. Thankyou
