On 05-04 at 12.28PM I have visited the your branch to deposit the lic premium. The Cashier (Mr Jarnail Singh) at counter No. 2 misbehaved with me. He is collecting the amount from the agents. I requested him that the counter for the agents is available. so they can deposit their policies at the agent counter. He told you can not tell us what we can do. we knows better you keep quite and wasted my 35 minutes. The cashier behaves like this I think he should be transfer from this seat which is directly linked with the public. Or the LIC has given the powers to do whichever you likes.
