Agent doing fake signatures and changing funds

I mr Nandkumar Kurle was willing to discontinue my LIC policy but an agent Mr. Nitin Jadhav had done fake signature & send an requisition to change to Bond funds without intimation. He has also done fake signature of mine. Now he is telling that he is busy and not attending us. He is our neighbour, I dont think so he is so busy that he can't do the needful
