Investment under PPF

MOF[DEA] letter No F3/67/88-NS dated 25.4.1989. Please intimate whether the rules contained in the letter dt 25.4.1989 is also applicable to the depostits under PPF in any POs by Karta of HUF, HUF [ Big] and HUF [Small] of same HUF. A copy the letter is requested. A Karta of an HUF had opened during 1995 three PPF accounts as Karta of HUF, HUF [ Big] and HUF [ small]. Is it correct
