I/we have availed of the Health Plus scheme as soon as the same was launched. There is a clause in the brochure stating that for every 3 claim-free years - the insured are entitled to a free medical check-up. I enquired abt the same from 2-3 agents around my locality - none of them gave me an answer.

Would appreciate if you let me know as to how I should go about the same. Where can I/We get the medical check-up done, what all tests are included, where the same will be conducted, how abt the payment to be made to the centre where the check-up will be carried out - will LIC pay directly or is there a tie-up etc etc. who will co-ordinate the same. Please do let me know of the same at the earlest.

For your information - we have completed the '3-year claim-free years' on 31/03 - since nobody gave me a proper reply am forced to seek clarification from you.
