I have applied home loan on 25th Apr. It was told to me by executive that I will get home loan within 15 days to month while processing the application the rate of interest was 9.9 fix for 5years, but I got an approval letter after 25 days for ROI 9.9 floating, on 19 may I submitted all the document for check disbursement process, but still not getting the check form LIC.

I had contact to executive and manager as well but still they says that Check disbursement is in process,

Now as per new BPLR and discount if I go for fix rate for 5 year the rate 10.75 will be applicable for me.

This implies that, the delay in all process causes to customer, there should be some specific time line to manager which control the such incidence, like if there is any delay in process for home loan of the customer then some charges deducted from manager salary, as if customer not pay the EMI on or before due date, late fee is applicable to the customer

The process which LICHFL fallow is too much slow, always giving the some reason for customer issues

My humble request to LICHFL manager please improve your home loan process or don’t give an falls commitment to customer.
