I and my wife had applied for a housing loan to purchase a built independant house on BG ROAD in 2010.The LICHFL sanctioned the loan amount of Rs. 2750000 and was disbursed on feb-14 2011.But due to the vendor not submitting orginal Mother sale deed of the property, the stop payment was issued by LIC on the same day and loan never got disbursed, by this time property was registered in our name. The vendor then issued a complaint in news paper that his document was lost and proper legal certified copy of the mothersale deed was presented to LICHFL J P Nagar on may.By this time the cheque was issued by the LIC HFL which bounced??? Now thay are harrassing us saying that there are cheque returns and other bullshit reasons in our bank accounts and hence the loan cannot be processed. They dont lift the office phone and when asked they give a ridiculous reason of not having the staff to do that. When we go and visit the manager she bluntly pulls off from helping us and instead threatens and harrasses us if we start to complain. our vendor has continously cooperated till 2012 in addressing this issue but now even they are under pressure because of this.
We just need help from any reputed lawyer in bangalore who can stop this hooliganism from LICHFL and help us in getting the NOC and original property documents so that we can try in other bank for loan.
