I have gone to LICHFL office on
22/05 in Madurai located in KRV Arcade & I have never faced such
a worst response from the Area Manager anywhere in Tamilnadu..
The concerned Area Manager was very lethargic & he started shouting at
us saying that he cannot give any letters or statement from his side
for the closure of my housing loan with LICHFL which we have closed
before 5 years. He also stated that they are not responsible for
updating the loan status of customers in CIBIL..
My father is a prompt customer of LICHFL from but the response
we got from the Area Manager of LICHFL, Madurai will never erase a bad
image about LICHFL & will never associate us with LICHFL in our life
time.
I was really surprised that in today's competitive scenario, how a
Area Manager would be able to respond to customers in such a worst &
irresponsible way. He treated us as such we have gone to him for
begging.
This is good lesson for me & I will never recommend LICHFL for any of
my known sources for getting any kind of loans in my life time.
