WORST CUSOMER RELATIONS

Dear Sir,

I would like to complain about my grievence with LIC. This is another government organisagtion of India where curreption is yet to touch 100%.(I do not know the % now). When there is a delay in my payment of monthly EMI (that is claimed by LIC HFL but paid on time by me even in advance), they made an outsourcing agency to call my house 10 times as if i am a defaulter for years. On an instance, I have issued two cheques as payement for a single month Dec they encashed both and kept quite with out sending their agency to inform me that I have paid twice for the month. Custoemr is KING. In your treatment, you treat your customer as one who owes money for life. This is pity. please call me to explain worst of my experiences. For your information, one of my close relative is an ex-divisional manager of LIC and the other is the Ex-Chairman of LICHFL. This is the state for me. You can imagine for others.
