Loan Aprooval letter still not received

Dear Sir,

I had given document for home loan application to LICHFL, verbally aprooval received me, my file no. is 6201000116dated 28 may but still home loan sanction letter not received thats why we are getting late to Aggrement & builder is not ready to wait, he is going to increase flat rate so I humbly request you pls do needful, waiting for your valueable reply.
