Starting of Tranche EMI

This is with respect to my Loan A/C: 61704653 for loan availed from LICHFL. I had at the time of application requested for TRANCE EMI in August. I have been following up umteen number of times and the response I get is that this has to be done from backend team. In December again I have submitted a written request and was told that from January the Tranche EMI would begin, yet this month only PRE-EMI amount has been deducted from my a.c. I cannot understand this repeated lapse in instructions, why must I have to keep paying interest for some persons lethargy to makes necessary changes.
