My platinum card no. is:4386 2890 5077 2008. I have been holding this card a/c right from 1995 onwards. Of late, the quality of service is steadily coming down. I deposited a cheque for Rs.94, 790/- on 08-01. The IVRS says the amount was credited on 11-01. However, it appears that my available credit limit has not accordingly been adjusted even now, though the payment was duly credited two days ago! Now, this is sheer harassment of an old, loyal customer like me.
